World of dreams.

World of dreams.

We live in present. Past is gone in the world of dreams and our dreams to be fulfilled lies in the lap of future. Our brain is always thinking one or the other thing when we are awake and in the state of sleep it takes us to the world of dreams. As said by the psychologists dreams are nothing but our unfulfilled desires and that to in abstract and complex form. It is observed by many of us that there are some significant dreams which have a great impact on our lives. The formula of benzene was seen by a scientist kekuly in the form of a hexagon ring of six snakes with tail of one in the mouth another in his dream. There are a number of examples where the dreams of many persons came true Is it the power of human brain to peep into the future? It is a known fact that our brain emits waves which can be measured by an instrument and the mapping of such waves is known as EEG which measures the frequency of brain waves. For the normal functioning of brain the frequency of waves is fourteen cycles per seconds which is reduced to seven cycles per second when we are asleep, the state of brain when we dream, where the rapid eye movement takes place. The deeper we are in sleep, the lesser is the frequency and the more relaxed a person is. The most important phase is that where the rapid eye movement takes place. It is observed that by meditation we can relax our mind achieve the phase of REM while we are awake and dream of whatsoever we want in our life, we will get success in that Such is the power of our brain, which can create our own future. So relax, think positive, dream your future and get success in your life..

The spiritual journey

What is the purpose of life? According to me it is an honest way of living which leads oneself to spiritual path. I do not find any religion above Hindu Dharma. It is not believing in God but  it is a path of self realization , a path which is guided by  our inner self  making  us aware of  right and wrong and guide each and every action of ours which make us more human and enrich our life to the brim.

Recently, I travelled in a train and I learn’t a wonderful lesson. What I observed is simple but meaningful; all objects outside the train were passing by in opposite direction of the moving train. An object coming from ahead was moving backward, every moment was different from the passed one, what a wonderful journey it was. Every moment we are moving forward leaving our present behind us, making it past. Similarly the action which we did in our past is passed by our present and again present is passed by to leave us in future which again become our present, and the continuity take us to our final destination. The journey of life from childhood to old age and finally to death is full of ups and downs. No one is happy in this world due to one or the other reason, but Dharma guides us how to be happy in this world, because Dharma is directly related to your consciousness the first and foremost thing is to be truthful in your relationships. It is the righteous way to live life through your code of conduct, whatsoever is your duty do it religiously and happily without any pain or sorrow. Doing something for others will not only make you happy but it is surely making you lovable, others too reciprocate in the same way as you have done for them. Unknowingly it is your actions your own feelings that affects your relationships Happiness in life is earned by you by learning the art of forgiveness along with a feeling of gratitude of those who have done even a smallest act in your favour, may the person be your wife, your children, your parents, and other in your relationship. Doing so will create a strong bond between you and all around you. Together you all enjoy and live life up to the full. Following the above will lead you on the spiritual path which is a continuous unending journey.
